DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SOFT COMMONS and/or JOHN SHIPP

I did some work for this person without any payment up-front, on the basis of faith (my own stupidity), and he has yet to pay me for it.  He e-mailed me to invoice him, which I did, and after that he stopped responding to my e-mails and calls.  The sites I worked for him on are ClubKicks.com (PHP) and Five Nines Group (JavaScript and image-editing).

I tried to report him to the BBB but realized I don't even have a mailing address for him.  Had I been smarter I would have noticed that neither of his websites list a mailing address, which is not the sign of a legitimate business.

So do yourself a favor and stay away from this individual.  He is not reliable or trustworthy.  It has been well over a month since I invoiced him, and I have repeatedly communicated to him via e-mail and phone, to no avail.

He is based in Nebraska, out of Lincoln I believe.
