6:24 PM Women have more free time than men, apparently, for spending on social networking sites.

9:04 AM In those moments in TV shows and movies where characters are shown talking but their voices are masked with music, what do they really talk about? What do the actors say to each other? Do they know the words they’re saying are immaterial or are they given actual lines so they maintain proper form in front of the camera?

Does their conversation go something like this?

A: Hey, what’s up? How’s this shoot going for you?
B: It’s alright, I’m kind of tired. Had a long night last night.

A: Oh yeah? What did you do?
B: Went out with friends, drank a little too much.

A: Well you’re doing pretty well with your expressions so far, especially since we’re talking nonsense.
B: Thanks, I know, I always thought this is one of the funniest aspects of acting, talking about random stuff when we know what we’re saying won’t show up in the film.

8:44 AM Song of the day:

Little lamb, smile!

When I am through with you
There won’t be anything left

Oh come back now where did you go?
no need to cower don’t know
if i can even turn your light on
hello daisy, is that you hiding in the grass?
I’ve come to pluck you, To pluck you right in half.

When I am through with you
There won’t be anything left

I come to the city alone i packed up my life and my
’cause i feel like a body at rest is a life in hell
so unpack my bags unpack my bags
kiss her on the mouth and she says
“smile little lamb”

When I am through with you
There won’t be anything left

I heard this song as the title track for the TV show Damages, and after looking around for a couple of minutes, found the song and lyrics here.
