Not my favorite Nobel-winning book, but I can definitely see the genius in it. The ending was brilliant; it came along like a tornado in its tempo and left me (overall) satisfied.

It would have perhaps been less confusing had not all the men been named Aureliano or Jose Arcadio, but still, the book was a magical mix of the surreal with the mundane.
